Okinawa has more centurions per capita, than any other country in the world. How do they do it? Okinawan's have a unique diet as well as indigenous forms of exercise. They eat fish, seaweed and add plenty of exercise from their indigenous martial arts - traditional KARATE, KOBUDO and TOIDE.
